The Wimberley Playhouse, located at 450 Old Kyle Road, has a large lobby, good restrooms and a modern snack stand, in addition to a larger and much improved stage. The problems many people had with the former theatre facility do not exist in the new Wimberley Playhouse.

Help for Disabilities

The Wimberley Playhouse has hearing assist systems to lend you so you can understand everything that is being said on stage. The Playhouse theatre has four “parking spots” for wheelchairs, along with its 117 regular seats (which are all comfortably padded for a cozy evening of entertainment).

Greatly Improved Parking

We have a large parking lot, easily able to accommodate normal activities. The lot is level and well lit, so getting into the theatre will be simple and safe. If there happens to be overflow for a big event, we can use the church across the street.

Even purchasing tickets in advance is simple, with a walk-up window you can park next to.
