The Wimberley Players are committed to casting productions based on the highest level of talent regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexuality, body-type, or age. The Wimberley Players organization does not tolerate sexual harassment, sexual misconduct of any kind, other forms of harassment, hostile work environment or workplace bullying. All Cast, Crew and Board members involved with the Wimberley Players organization will undergo a background check for any criminal history and will be screened against the state of Texas Sex Offender Registry. Cast and Crew Members must agree and consent to have a background check run for each production in which they hope to participate. Board members must agree to the background checks once a year.
